We co-parent across two homes. Does BOND work for us?
That’s the plan. Co-parent linking is being built now: each parent keeps their own account and a daughter can be connected to both of you. How shared plans, schedules and memories work across two homes is still being finished, and one home’s location or schedule is not meant to be shown to the other without permission.
I’m a mom, a grandparent or a guardian. Is BOND for me?
BOND is built around dads and daughters, and it welcomes everyone raising a daughter: moms, two dads, stepdads, grandparents, uncles, foster and adoptive parents. Letting you change what the app calls you is planned.
Do you have anything for sons?
Not yet. BOND starts with daughters because that’s where we saw the biggest gap. Join early access and tell us about your family; it helps us decide what comes next.
What if her scalp hurts, itches or her hair is thinning?
BOND guides styling; it doesn’t diagnose. If you notice pain, bumps, flaking or thinning, especially around her edges, choose a looser style and check with her pediatrician or a dermatologist.
Are stylists background-checked?
Not yet, because BOND Live isn’t open and no professional has been screened. Our proposed standard is an identity check, a criminal background check (including the national sex offender registry) run with their consent by an accredited screening company we haven’t chosen yet, a license check where the state requires one, proof of insurance, a skills review and child-safety training, repeated yearly. Safety & Verification has the full standard.
Will a stylist ever be alone with my daughter?
Our standard says no: a parent or guardian present for every in-home visit and every video session, and professionals never messaging a child directly. BOND Live isn’t open yet, so these are the rules it will open with.
Are the people I invite to help also checked?
The Village are family and friends you choose, so BOND does not screen them. The plan is that they get only the access you pick, only for the plan you choose, and they never carry the BOND Verified badge.
Can I check a babysitter or family friend myself?
Yes. Search their name on the free national sex offender registry at nsopw.gov, then compare age, photo and location before deciding anything. BOND never sees your search. Safe & Sound walks you through it.
Can I see where my daughter is?
For younger kids, a GPS watch made for children or an Apple Watch with Family Setup is the right tool. Item trackers like AirTag are made for things, not people, and alert nearby phones. Safe & Sound has the details.
How do I report a concern?
Use BOND Help to reach the team. A staffed safety desk and in-app reporting are planned for BOND Live and aren’t running yet. If you believe a child is in danger, call 911 first; BOND is not an emergency service.
What is BOND?
BOND is a father–daughter relationship platform connecting hair care guidance, shared experiences, thoughtful planning, trusted support and meaningful memories. The app is coming soon.
Who is BOND designed for?
Fathers of daughters are at the center, including biological, adoptive and other father figures. Professionals, trusted helpers and organizations have separate roles within the ecosystem.
Is BOND only for fathers and daughters?
The core experience is designed around that relationship. Trusted adults can support specific plans through the Village. Professional and organizational pathways serve the people who support those moments.
Is BOND just a hair care app?
Hair care is a practical entry point, but BOND also connects activities, life events, outfits, trusted help and memories. You can start with whichever feature you need.
How does BOND work?
Choose a useful feature, add relevant information and refine it with use. The website previews product concepts with sample data; it does not create an app account or perform a real booking.
Do I have to complete a quiz?
No. Taste quizzes are optional. You can begin with Care, experiences, planning or another feature without a long questionnaire.
Can I use one feature without using the others?
Yes. Start with what you need. Use Care without setting up Taste, or explore experiences without adding hair information.
Can I create profiles for more than one daughter?
Separate daughter profiles are part of the product design. Interests, care routines, milestones, memories and relevant permissions stay distinct.
How does BOND personalize recommendations?
Relevant profile information, optional quiz answers, saved items, likes, dislikes, budget feedback and completed activities can inform suggestions. Preferences can change, and recommendations should change with them.
Can my daughter participate in choosing experiences?
Yes. Her preferences and feedback belong in the decision. Age-appropriate participation is central to the product design; she is not just the recipient of a plan.
Can BOND help me learn to style my daughter’s hair?
Care brings together profiles, hairstyle inspiration, technique steps, tutorials, tools and professional guidance. The goal is practical support while Dad participates in her care.
Does BOND support different hair textures?
BOND is designed around straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, including 1A–4C and mixed patterns. Visual references help you choose; a clear photo can support identification in the connected app. Review suggestions rather than treating a photo as a complete assessment. Comfort, density, porosity and routine remain separate.
What is Hair Mapping?
Hair Mapping is AI-assisted visual guidance for scalp parting and sections. Suggested lines should be reviewed and adjusted to the actual scalp, style and comfort. It is not a medical assessment.
Can I upload a hairstyle photo?
The Care flow includes a hairstyle reference to help explore technique, supplies, timing and suitability. Photo upload is part of the app design; launch availability will be confirmed separately. Uploads are not enabled on this website.
Does BOND recommend products?
Care can surface relevant suggestions using profile information and feedback. Recommendations should distinguish what you own from what is suggested and disclose commercial relationships when applicable.
Can I track products we already own?
The Product Cabinet is designed for owned products and tools, results, routine history and notes about items that worked or did not.
What is BOND Live?
BOND Live is the professional-guidance pathway for video instruction and related care support. The father does the hair while a professional guides him. Availability and prices will be shown when services open.
Can I speak with a real stylist?
BOND Live brings professional help into the care experience: virtual instruction while Dad practices, in-home support or salon appointments where available. Choose a service, review the professional and request a time. A confirmed booking includes the appointment details and, for virtual sessions, the call link. The public booking preview lets you explore those steps.
Are there in-person workshops?
Father–daughter hair care workshops are a Foundation program area. Dates, locations, access requirements and registration will be announced when a workshop is open.
Can I find a local professional?
Find a stylist through BOND Live. BOND Pro is the professional workspace. Search and service coverage will depend on the professional network available in your area. Local search and booking are not open yet.
Can BOND help us find things to do together?
Together is designed to suggest creative, cultural, food, outdoor, sports, learning, seasonal and at-home activities, informed by preferences and practical constraints.
How does the Taste Quiz work?
An optional quick or fuller quiz gives BOND initial preference signals. It is one input, not a requirement, and later feedback can refine what is suggested.
What are Her interests, Dad’s interests, and Together?
Her profile keeps her preferences; Dad’s interests includes his preferences and practical considerations; Together captures shared interests and discoveries. Individual preferences remain distinct.
Can BOND plan a birthday?
Plans & Occasions connects a birthday’s schedule, activities, outfits, gifts, reminders, logistics and memories. A sample plan is an illustration, not a confirmed booking.
Can it help coordinate outfits and gifts?
Style Closet starts with owned clothing and explores occasion-appropriate combinations. Gift ideas can connect to her preferences and the event, with purchase and delivery details confirmed separately.
What happens if our plans change?
Last-Minute Rescue compares practical alternatives based on interests, timing, budget and location. Dad reviews the replacement before any supported update or booking action.
Can BOND help me when I cannot attend an event?
Planned Absence supports preparation, trusted helper coordination, messages, check-ins, updates and reconnection afterward. It offers ways to stay involved when circumstances require distance.
Can I invite someone I trust to help?
The Village is designed for invited trusted adults with roles and permissions relevant to a plan or task. An invitation does not mean access to every private detail.
What is Place Details?
Place Details brings together useful venue logistics, including amenities, changing facilities, accessibility, age guidance, location and hours where available. Sources and verification status matter.
Does BOND make reservations automatically?
No reservation should be treated as confirmed until the provider confirms it and you authorize the relevant action. Website demos do not contact venues, reserve seats or charge money.
What is the BOND Vault?
The Vault connects photos, videos, voice recordings, stories, capsules and milestones to the experiences that created them. It is designed for meaningful organization, not public posting.
What are Future Letters?
Messages or recordings prepared for a future occasion, such as graduation or an eighteenth birthday. Timing, recipients and sensitive access need explicit controls; this site does not schedule delivery.
Who can see my daughter’s information?
Separate daughter profiles and role-based sharing are central to BOND’s design. App privacy information will explain who can access each type of information, the default settings and how to change them before access opens.
What is The Village?
An invited support circle for plans, tasks and handoffs. It is not an open social network, and trusted helpers should see only information relevant to their role.
Can I control what trusted helpers access?
Role and permission controls are central to the design. The website includes a sample permission selector, but changing it does not modify a real account.
How does BOND use AI?
AI can help organize, suggest, explain and personalize, including Care guidance. Suggestions can be inaccurate. Dad retains choice, and professional or medical concerns need qualified human support.
Can I change or delete information?
App privacy information will explain how to correct, export and delete data before access opens. Website demonstrations keep choices only while the page is open. For a website submission, use Contact to request correction or deletion and identify the email you used.
How are children’s privacy and safety addressed?
BOND’s design centers separate profiles, limited sharing, age-appropriate participation and clear permissions. Confirmed safeguards and data practices will be published before app access opens. Security audits and regulatory certifications have not been confirmed here.
What is the BOND Foundation?
The Foundation is BOND’s access and community initiative focused on father–daughter care education, shared experiences and practical support. This website does not represent confirmed tax-exempt status.
Who does the Foundation serve?
Its focus is fathers and daughters who can benefit from access to learning, experiences and resources. Eligibility and geographic availability will be published for each open program.
What kinds of programs does it offer?
Program areas include hair care education, shared experiences, access and support, community programs, sponsored access and the BOND Ball celebration concept. Open dates and delivery arrangements will be announced individually.
How do father–daughter hair care workshops work?
A professional instructor teaches fathers practical techniques while they practice with their own daughters. Tools, comfort, hair needs and hands-on guidance are part of the format. Registration details will be shared when sessions open.
How can someone request support?
Use the program inquiry pathway to express interest and describe the kind of support you need without sending sensitive child information. An inquiry is not an eligibility decision or a guarantee of funded access.
How can I volunteer?
Choose volunteering in the Foundation inquiry form and share your skills, location and availability. Roles and any screening requirements will be explained before participation.
How can my company become a sponsor?
Use the sponsorship pathway to discuss a program, learning opportunity, access support or community event. Scope, funding, reporting and privacy boundaries should be agreed before a sponsorship begins.
How can I support the Foundation?
Express interest in one-time support, monthly giving, sponsorship, in-kind resources or volunteering. Donation processing is not enabled on this site; no payment is collected.
Are contributions tax-deductible?
Tax-deductible giving is not confirmed here. Do not rely on an anticipated status or assume deductibility. Any future giving pathway must disclose the recipient’s status and applicable acknowledgment information before payment.
How can I learn about BOND Ball?
BOND Ball is a signature father–daughter celebration concept. Use the Foundation updates pathway for future event information. No event date or ticket sale is confirmed on this website.
Is the BOND app available now?
The app is coming soon. Website interactions are demonstrations, and there are no public app-store download links or verified launch dates here.
How do I join the early-access list?
Visit Early Access, enter your contact details and agree to be contacted about your interest. The form saves your submission and confirms it only after the server accepts it. Automated update emails are not connected yet; no launch date or app access is promised.
Will BOND be available on iPhone and Android?
Mobile access is part of the product direction. Public platform availability and download links will be announced when confirmed. There are no active app-store links on this site.
How much will BOND cost?
Final public launch pricing is not announced here. Early-access updates will explain available plans and what they include before you decide to purchase.
Will there be a free option?
The launch plan and any free access options will be confirmed before release. Foundation-supported access depends on eligibility, funding and program arrangements.
How can a stylist join BOND Pro?
Use the professional inquiry pathway and share your services, location and interest in virtual guidance, in-person care or education. Provider onboarding is not open yet; an inquiry expresses interest.
How can a brand or organization partner with BOND?
Visit Partners & Employers and choose the relevant inquiry. Brands, salons, experience providers, employers, schools and community organizations have distinct ways to contribute.
How do I contact the BOND team?
Use the Contact form to save an inquiry for the BOND team. Choose the relevant topic and share a little context. Response times and automated confirmation emails are not established yet.
How can I create content with BOND?
Use the Creators and Influencers page to share your channels, work and collaboration interests. We review the fit and agree on scope, rights, disclosure and compensation before a campaign. Applying does not guarantee a collaboration or earnings.
Can I share BOND to social media?
Yes. The Share BOND page lets you preview and export a public PNG card, copy a caption and link, or open supported device share options. It uses public BOND artwork and includes no private family information. The website does not automatically publish to social platforms.
Does joining the creator program share my daughter’s photos?
No. A creator application does not grant access to family photos, private memories, daughter profiles or Future Letters. Content permissions and campaign usage require separate, specific agreement.
How can an experience provider partner with BOND?
Choose Experiences and Venues on Become a Partner. Tell us your organization, location, activity format and suitable ages. We discuss activity details, access, availability and commercial terms before a listing or offer is confirmed.
